Pros

-Great interview process. They use a competency based approach. -Knowledgeable and kind co-workers from all over the world. -They include interns in their management meetings. Great learning experience. -Interns are respected and given assignments according to their level (most interns have Masters)

Cons

-Bureaucratic environment. It's hard to communicate with higher ups. -It's hard to get a professional job in UNICEF if you're not sponsored by one of the donor countries.
