very smart and friendly people

Cons

1. Very poor communications from upper managment unless they call a town hall style meeting and read from press release notes 2. Complete lack of information sharing 3. VP's in way over their heads 4. Cube farm 5. Have not caught up with the rest of the gov't contracting market in regards to comp time, flex work schedules

Pros

Nice benefits package. Good market presence in Federal but not State and Local.

Cons

many managers are ex-Xerox so there is a good old boy network that does not punish incompetence if you are in the clique. pay scale is below market. way too many levels of management.
