      Pros

      Work environment is engaging and satisfactory, although very dependent on having a great direct supervisor. I have the flexibility to operate independently and apply my skillset.

      Cons

      Company is still in a post-merger environment and many processes and systems are in-progress. It is sometimes difficult to have the tools needed to do my job well.

      Pros

      Helpful team members and a truly team environment that fosters learning and knowledge transfer as you take on different tasks.

      Cons

      The transition to PA was difficult for team members that decided to stay back in NC. No incentive or relocation package was provided to give them an option to stay with the company.
