Pros

Competency levels are below average in this old company, and the average new employee can seem well above average.

Cons

Absence of strong leadership levels at multiple levels means everyone says yes to the one man at the very top. And, a lot of talk about reimagining sustainability and helping mother earth, and yet in its heart and its everyday way of thinking and working, all goals are about dumping, unloading, placing and selling more chemicals in the supply chain leading into the farms.

Pros

paycheck, hybrid - mandatory 8 days a month, no random drug test- will continue to be a me too -- company cars-- some teammates do not need to report into the office (some do)

Cons

Nepotism Dishonest Leadership --- High Turnover -- Intense Audit from India on a monthly pay to play---- Spies from India (current cfo) ---inexperienced management --- Will continue to be a me too --- No Marketing acumen ---- Lack of ERP System---- computers and software and bloated with spyware --cannot use jump drives or even wireless keyboards ---IT & HR & Regulatory & Legal- nonexistent --- No Accurate Data ---No Timely reporting --- Do Not trust leadership. Coworkers are in positions that are over their heads. They do not have the experience or tools to be successful. If they like you, they will promote you or create a new job. Too Much direction / oversight/ reporting comes from the mothership with no analytics done locally. Market share and margin will continue to decline.
