      Pros

      Flexible working time to some extent. Emphasis on safety is good in manufacturing plants. No issues on leave system. Salary is bit competitive.

      Cons

      Increment is less. Percentage increment added to salary is only half. Growth is a bit slow. Favour to certain employees and regionals. As per company reputation salary is not enough.
