      Pros

      State of the art facility in an amazing Town in Ontario. Younger staff are great, but few and far between.

      Cons

      Terrible management - Huge egos, obstinate, straight up rude, unavailable and at times totally intentionally belittling. Abysmal workplace moral. Awful corporate policy, continued mergers have slowly eaten any culture or value this place had or could have. If I were you, I would stay away until major changes are made.

      Great for learning analytical instrumentation set up and operation, spacious well-equipped lab

      Cons

      No opportunity to move up, high-stress levels due to poor resource planning from management, no regard for employee burnout, HR very unhelpful in responding to numerous complaints and concerns
