      - Good atmosfere and working culture - Nice benefits - Rewarding for a long - commited workers

      - Is sluggish in terms of salary raises (it's still a corporate) - Due to the nature of business in paper segments there is a huge pressure to cut down costs which results in lowering down bonuses
