bureaucracy, slow pace, as it considers the staff they don;t have a long term policy ( can easily get fired just from a headquarter decision), not much of career opportunities

Pros

Proactive, innovative especially considering it's a paper company. Various segments in different stages so they must adapt...paper is dying. Strong focus on areas such as label stock, biofuels as they attempt to diversify from just paper. Culture is good, employees are valued. Slow to hire, slow to fire.

Cons

Very flat management so not much room to grow. Office politics do exist unfortunately despite what you may think with company being Finnish. Some management are lacking...there are a lot of intelligent, sharp, younger employees that need more exposure.
