people, patients and co-workers ancillary staff always pleasant. The health care plan was very reasonable at the time not sure how it is now. The actual job and trying to make a difference were all positive aspects

Cons

politics one of lower paying systems in the area taking away important ancillary staff when most needed on a particular unit. Focus much of the time seemed to be more about the bottom dollar than the welfare of the patients let alone staff. Felt more like a number

They offer really good benefits, most of the time other staff is friendly, flexible schedules, opportunity for overtime. The health care system in generally is great, doctors are very knowledgable and I would send my family members to the hospitals.

Cons

Pay is lower than other health care systems, drama with supervisors, no room for advancement
