      Manager at Bayside pharmacy is horribly discriminating to veteran employees and women employees, will destroy your positive attitude, self worth, terrible role model. Does nothing to encourage UPMC core values.

      Pros

      Good vacation and 401k. For the most part my coworkers were friendly and worked hard. Unfortunately, there aren't many pros which is why I left.

      Cons

      Refuse to negotiate anything with their employees. Significantly underpay, but tell you you're adequately compensated. Everyone is expendable. Poor management.
