      Pros

      High acuity patients, exciting environment. Benefits are superior to a lot of other facilities.

      Cons

      Easy to get lost in the shuffle, little to no recognition or support unless you are screwing up. Managers are too busy to assist and impossible to get in touch with.

      The benefits offered are decent, the PTO package is rather generous, and the flexible hours/work from home options are nice.

      Cons

      The compensation leaves a lot to be desired, it's a difficult place to get promoted, the workload is unnecessarily heavy due to their unwillingness to hire new employees, and employee retention seems bad due to these circumstances.
