      Pros

      if u thrive in chaos I guess. morning rush passes time quickly. management does try to accommodate schedules for school etc. full-time benefits not horrible. you have most of the tools to do ur job. you don't have to clean bathrooms. customers aren't crazy. free coffee. easy to get more hours, they always need the help.

      Cons

      abysmal training. dim lighting, no windows, very little space for workers in FOH and BOH. extremely busy. runs chilly, no temperature control. strict position rules while understaffed + being expected to pick up others slack + adding new responsibilities. weak communication expectations. Upmc can reimburse ur tuition as an employee but only for an education in medicine..and other qualifieers. no foh/boh space=no privacy.
