Pros

Some of the pros for working with this company are: being able to network with a wide variety of individuals, multiple shifts to choose from to fit into your personal schedule, and full benefits after you pass the probation period.

Cons

Few of the cons that I faced were: short hours on shifts, very physical labor, management making poor choices/changes, and not being challenged on a daily basis.

Pros

excellent tuition reimbursement and health benefits. Good way to gain work experience in an operational career. Many careers in a wide range of fields.

Cons

Upper management likes to make decisions for an operation they havent worked in for 30 years from an office. They also need to learn to trust their supervisors.
