Pros

Nice group of people to work with. Great benefits. Tuition reimbursement. Very approachable supervisors. Great as an additional source of income.

Cons

Hours based on volume only guaranteed 3 hours a day. Some people get away with not pulling their own weights and others have to compensate for them.

Pros

My role offers great opportunities, the work environment can be pretty relaxed, your working for a world renowned company. The staff are good at what they do and there is lots of experience to utilise.

Cons

The running of the daily operation does rely on the effort of the staff on shift, spurred on with shouts and " whip cracks" . Morale within the staff is variable from day to day, with some seemingly in a constant bad mood. It is expected that all staff do a certain amount of unpaid overtime, with no tangible amount of overtime being advised. Unwillingness to do overtime is perceived as not being a team player.
