      Pros

      The colleagues are very friendly and helpful. The pay is quite competitive. The process and structure is there. Good stepping stone as the name is branded.

      Cons

      The variable bonus is quite low. The turnover rate is quite high for management roles. Alot of rules to abide. Need to share company policy during every meeting and announcement is done by reading out to everyone by department instead of emailing. The bosses are very demanding and fierce.

      I don't see any I'm gone from that place aren't I?

      Cons

      They where ripping off people when I worked there and they are still doing it even worst today People screamed at me when I told them it was COD and I had to collect customs and taxes and people would get VERY angry at me. Now I never get angry at the driver (been there done that) but I do get pissed off at the company now and give them a piece of my mind. They are still stealing from people.

      Pros

      UPS hires from within. If interested to work as a driver, get a job as a warehouse operative and later apply for a job as a driver.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, most of the positions available are driver positions. There are not many other options.
