Horrible and unjust treatment of employees.
Pros
Stable company, sound financials, lots of in-house courses training needed for the job. Salary a bit higher than the competition and industry standard.
Cons
Typical American company with lots of red-tape, bureaucracy, lengthy decision-making processes. Management is distant from common employees, even though company policy states "open-door". Poor facilities with management expecting leaders to put in extra hours without any form of compensation. Career progression opportunities very slim. Management always afraid to make commitments and stick with them. Decisions are made in either U.S or Brussels and passed on to employees with no consideration for employee opinion. Favoritism is abundant in the company with vacant positions being filled with people closest to the hiring manager and with a complete disregard to competencies and skills of other candidates.
