      Pros

      -Long term stability -Good stable company that can tolerate and even excel during recession -Decent pay-scale and compensation package

      Cons

      -offshoring IT -Mid-grade pay scale and compensation -bonus with strings attached -Increasing medical costs -Too much work and very little recognition

      Pros

      Great benefits after a year. Some fun co-workers. All advancement opportunities go by seniority but that goes both ways. Work hard for four hours then get the rest of the day off.

      Cons

      Promotions go to seniority. They might not deserve it but if they have been there longer they get the promotion offer first. Some supervisors are not very competent.

      There is no consequence to your actions. The high performance employees are exploited and the sub-standard employees receive no discipline
