Pay is outstanding, lots of customer contact, work outside 90 % of the time. Good weather, great job. bad weathernot so great.

Cons

Management follows and spies on you constantly. Lots of management harassment,no margin for mistakes, must be physically fit to do the job.

Pros

They had a decent training program as well as orientation program. They also will help pay for school and offer several career paths with opportunities to grow, once your out of the warehouse. If you want to make a career here, it could be worth your time, but movement can be slow.

Cons

Tough dealing with union employees sometimes, they are very stubborn. Pay is a little low and peoples attitudes are generally unpleasant most of the time.

Pros

The position is pretty much recession proof since people always have to ship packages. The benefits kick in once you have reached 1 year of service.

Cons

The family benefits don't kick in until 18 months of service. The work of package handler can be quite physical so if you are not up to it, don't try.
