Pros

Great workout and consistent work available

Cons

High pressure enviornment leads to high turnover. Managers see you as a "body" and not a person. Pay is $11 in some areas which isn't enough for how much the job takes a toll on your body. If you ever get injured, management will strongly discourage you from reporting it.

Pros

Get to work outside and get exercise and interact with customers. Once out on road, you are your own boss and you get to enjoy the day with no one over your shoulder telling you what your doing wrong.

Cons

No work/life balance. I use the weekends to get things done I couldn't do during the week except when they make Saturday a mandatory work day. It is a thankless job that rewards hard work with even harder work so take your time. Managers don't value you as a person or anything you have going on in your personal life.

Pros

- good workout - tuition reimbursement - overtime after 5 hours

Cons

- always understaffed - heavy workload - preload shift never gets done on time - forced OT - company vs union issues - employees that just don't care
