During peak season (November/December) you get a lot of hours/pay More than minimum wage

Cons

Can get really boring Depending on the supervisor, some will not allow you to work extra hours Health insurance after 1 year

Great people, quick advancements if you know how to drive manual.

Cons

It is a very physically demanding job so be prepared, all benefits, vaca time and paid holidays do not go into effect until a year of employment.

Fast pace, good workout, excellent benefits after a certain time, tuition reimbursement, good people and sometimes fun.

Cons

Little pay, long list to become full time or driver. It gets hot and sometimes dangerous. Management will ride you if you are a good worker.
