Decent pay and benefits, company credit card for business expenses.
Cons
Long hours, poor training, no work/life balance, cut throat environment, lack of accountability between co-workers, expected to be on call 24 hours a day, management that will call you out in front of entire team for any mistake. My favorite, daily meetings for the entire region (Southeast), that lasted 3-4 hours just to discuss downed equipment.
