Pros
UPS has promotion opportunities as many of their leadership are very old.
Cons
Sink or swim methodology. Sink once you are black listed. Managers are forced to keep EOS minimums which often times promotes a person who is not capable too fast. The teamsters are about to make UPS unprofitable with their newest demands. Newer UPS leadership has no idea what it is like in the field and sits on an ivory tower. Teamsters get more... middle management takes more hits... SLT gets bigger raises.
