Employees are treated terribly, very little praise has been given to employees.

Supervisors and management is the problem. The pay is horrible and it is either feast or famish, sometimes it is mandatory OT 12 hr days and the next several weeks not even get 40 hrs. At that pay, after taxes etc. are taken out you don't have much left. Raises are very small, if you get one. If management don't get the paperwork in on time, no raises regardless of the policies and procedures.
