Large organization with long term stability.
Cons
Talent acquisition needs development. UPS tries to bring in people with mid and upper management experience under the guise of "everyone spends 12 months in an operations role." Pays those individuals poorly and then you have to wait longer for an opening because of the stagnation with mid and some upper management positions. Also the "that's the way we've always done it" mentalty (gives me chills when I hear that).
