- Job security - Well recognized brand

Cons

- Constant passive aggressiveness - Many teams isolate themselves from one another and are difficult to work with. - Little to no training. Had to piece every little bit of information together and figure out nuances with little help. - Many team members lie and are out for themselves. - Nowhere as inclusive as others say. Especially if you don't fit the demographic of the immediate area.
