      Good fringe benefits like medical and dental

      Cons

      Trying to save cost hiring cheap labor doing basic data entry work with no basic knowledge of the industry who then produced poor quality work which has to be audited by only 2 qualified employees. This becomes very efficient in times of heavy workload at the top.

      United Parcel Service is a great place to work because of the great benefits for full and part time employees.

      Cons

      The only negative thing I can think of is, it gets hard at times to sit in front of a computer for several hours.
