      - Nice offices - Technology Group has a very solid communication system. - Very handy "UPS University" site with lots of technical training available.

      Cons

      - Poor career planning & development for junior positions. - No equity when assigning benefits to similar positions. - Poor chances of professional growth.

      Pros

      There are so many managers, and the work is so divided between people, that it is easy to focus on what you're working on.

      Cons

      -Lots of red tape. It's hard to get approval for using third party software tools (for example). -Very conservative work atmosphere. Stifling at times. -CRT monitors, no LCD yet...... -Behind the times technology-wise. Takes a while to get off the old legacy software and to get approval to upgrade it.
