      Pros

      Really To be completely honest there are rare pros to this job but the pay and benefits are definitely not one. Only real Pro is senior management does care but one or two vs a whole building that doesn’t is impossible to work with.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional upper staff. No confidentiality amongst supervisors/management. Poor scheduling work vs staff needs.

      Pros

      Work is generally not that physically demanding. Easy commute if you live in the right area. I'm sure some accounts are better than others to work in.

      Cons

      Little to NO wage progression, I received a 3% raise after a year of work which barely beat the inflation rate. Wishy washy management that goes back on their statements, keeps us understaffed to work long hours. No development, our management team is determined to keep us where we are, which is why I'm leaving the company. They say they care about your safety so you can live your life but you never have any time to do it because you're working such long hours.
