Pros
When I worked there 20 years ago they had full time benefits for part time employees. I don't know what it is today but that was a big plus. It seemed to be pretty fair place to work with opportunities of becoming a full time driver.
Cons
UPS is a machine and you feel like a cog in the wheel here. Very busy, high pace work. A lot of work. It can be hard on your body and you could get injuries.
