Pros

They pretend to be inclusive and have diversity. A lot of educational resources.

Cons

There is no autonomy as a physician with this company. They manipulate employees via propaganda for equity but really end up with a interest free loan until you are vetted. I have worked for several hospitalist staffing companies...after working at USACS I realized there are better out there. I agree with most reviews here - stop focusing on growth before the little faith your employees have in you is gone. Their benefits are not worth it. Work with them as a consultant if you must so you can keep your autonomy.
