Outstanding culture based in a foundation of integrity, service, excellence, etc. Opportunity to serve your country. Great people, most members are fully motivated indivduals and always willing to work hard for a goal. Within Acquisitions community, great exposure to defense industry. Plenty of future job opportunities post retirement/separation. By many accouts, the best of the services to work for in terms of care for its members.
Cons
You are working for the government so expect tons of bureacracy and red tape. Can feel like you aren't accomplishing anything at times. Can get lost in the shuffle. Like all military jobs, you will move every 2-4 years. Can be hard on families.
