      Great benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life for you & family). 30 days paid vacation/yr starting out! Pay is great for those with no job experience, (others may vary). Endless travel opportunities if you want to see the world. Near limitless promotion possibilities are almost entirely in your hands.

      Cons

      Frequent travel may require you to spend 6-15 months (minimum) away from your family at a time (repeats occasionally). Sometimes you may have management that has no idea what they are doing but uses their rank to force absurd requirements. Knee jerk reaction supervisory responses from the top. Common Sense is usually unavailable
