      The Air Force has great educational benefits and excellent training opportunities useful for getting your foot in the door towards your personal career goals.

      Cons

      The leadership (depending on the base; it's a gamble), the criteria set for the Enlisted Performing Reports (EPR"S) and promotions.

      You can get stuck with duties you didnt choose. Large programs can get lost in redundant efforts and never see completion.
