Pros

US Army is great institutions to work in. It provided me with wide variety of knowledge base and skills to have a better future. It provided me with leadership skills, technical and tactical training which you can never find else where. Personally, it gave me a chance to experience all of the values, training and leadership it provides to the best of my ability. I am proud to have served in the military and support our country in any way I could. It gave me the leadership skills that I need to better my future.

Cons

Army personnel are known to have a rigid mind that only ask them to follow orders. But it is not the case. Personnel I work with are very smart.
