Pros

-Veteran benefits -Break into career field. Fantastic place to start out.

Cons

-Will very quickly max out potential to learn in field. Employees are actively distrusted and disallowed from managing many systems, which is instead farmed out to outside contractors. -Pay is not competitive. -Frequently bad work environments, with no reasonable recourse.

Pros

None at all, it's the army afterall

Cons

Bureaucracy and tons of it. NCOs are on useless power trips because they are so useless and ineffective as people, they have to bully to feel anything.
