This organixation provided the training nad leadeship to persue positions in multiple facets.

Pros

The trainers, and mentors were readily available and took the time required to becomes experts in specified areas. Organization worked as a team to complete all missions. Comradery was an intricate aspect of training and leading others to become the best at their specialty including readiness to combat.

Cons

Departing to build new teams.
