Pros

Great health plan Great retirement plan "30" days vacation every year "unlimited" sick time Salary decent for required education Get to shoot stuff

Cons

Long hours Difficult promotion system Micromanagement Little control over assignments Policy is interpreted many different ways Vacation time includes weekends To get a sick day you must be at work at 6am to see a medic You don't get to shoot all the time, but are always expected to be able to qualify

Pros

The benefits can be excellent if you know how to go about finding out details about them. The pay actually isnt as bad as people say, as long as you are married.

Cons

The leadership is pitiful and with some leaders you are treated like a animal. Your well being is not taken into account and the leadership finds it fit to walk all over lower ranking men.
