Pros

Setting was nice. San Angelo is a small town in West Texas, with a really nice community. Most of the people there are retired military, or relatives of retired military. My family loved it.

Cons

I thought we were extremely undermaned and overworked. Work days are 6 days a week and about 16 hours a day. Because its a Airforce base, the Army doesn't get the 4 day holidays normally scheduled.

Pros

Pros: G.I. Bill Healthcare Dental Growth Promotions Basic Housing Allowance (BHA) Good Pay Protecting National Security Development Social Networking

Cons

Cons: The cons are that good soldiers are leaving, which leaves some unworthy soldiers behind. The military need restructuring because they promote anyone now-a-days because SGT is now given if the soldier has been in long enough.
