Pros

good pay for lifeguard. Get to do more at this pool than at others so you are more prepared than other guards.

Cons

required to teach swim lessons with no extra pay. even if you are not certified. This should not be a requirement for lifeguards who do not have the certification to teach lessons.

Pros

You can learn a lot about communications and electronic equipment and tools. You can travel the world and meet a lot of new people.

Cons

Pay is not that great for the work you do. You have no freedoms and management is very strict. You don't get to choose where you go or who you live with.

Pros

Serve your country. Decent Pay. Outstanding Benefits. The pride of working with Soldiers. Immense responsibility right off the bat with a lot of expectations.

Cons

Be prepared to work. The demands of the job are as immense with the responsibility. Family life takes a hit more often than not but that's the nature of the business.
