Pros

Education benefits. Medical care included. Reliable paycheck, discounts, respectable pay. Impresses some people. Chance to travel. Always a market for the job.

Cons

Long hours. Often taken away from home. Can be physically strenuous and mentally stressful. Can make civilian scheduling complicated. Chance of downsizing. Might get shot.

Pros

Flexible and understanding leaders. Stationed in Wiesbaden, Germany which is one of the most beautiful and exciting cities in Germany and all of Europe. Predictable work schedule and time off.

Cons

I can't think of any big cons to write about on 5th Signal Command. This is my second tour with this organization and they have both proven to be my best tours of my 23 years in active duty.
