      Pros

      Fairness in scheduling the employees, as well as recognition and consideration in the evaluation process for both civilians, as well as military.

      Cons

      At times, perhaps expectations of military personnel may be a little elevated, in terms of the quantity of hours expected for work.

      Great place to have fun but too much politics in the infantry

      Pros

      It is a great place to have fun. You will definitely meet lots of interesting people and make tons of friends. Most non-infantry people enjoy their jobs and their leadership takes care of them. The GI Bill will definitely put you through college if you don't mess it up.

      Cons

      You have to choose your job wisely otherwise you'll end up in a shitty job. Too much politics in the infantry.

      Pros

      Great benefits for employees and family, availability to cross train, excellent promotion system, educational benefits are beyond reproach, excellent exercise programs

      Cons

      deployments are the biggest downside in any field of the job, constant travel, the nature of the job creates moderate danger
