Really great probability of having overtime (good pay)
Cons
They require you to do OT, even though the job is supposed to be a M-F 830am-5pm...they'll REQUIRE you to work into the evenings and even on weekends and will harass and guilt you if you have other obligations that get in the way of overtime. The organizational culture is a mess. The management is questionable. And through all of this COVID garbage, they have been keeping us employed (at first it was fine because they were paying us the full amount, with no work, but now things have shifted because they reworked the budget) even though there is no work to do and now we're not getting paid - instead, they should let us go so we can file for unemployment insurance and then hire us back once operations pick up again.
