Pros

The facility is located close to a Metro station, and it has all sorts of facilities located within the building, such an ATM and a convenience store. The coworkers appear to be nice and helpful.

Cons

They organize themselves into what they refer to as "self-organizing groups". Basically, this is a euphemism for 19th-century style laissez faire capitalism. Management provides very little feedback to employees, not even to tell them whether they're doing something wrong. That may sound like a good thing, but you can't assume that everything is fine. Most of the feedback is given at the time when you are escorted out of the facility without giving any opportunity for response. In my case I was terminated with four or five reasons mentioned in the letter. These reasons occurred over a period of six months but there was no communication to me when these incidents happened.
