Incompetent supervisors and managers who do not care about their employees. Training is a joke. They make you stand 6 feet apart to get in, but then you sit 2 to 3 feet from the person next to you in a stuffy room for hours. In more than one training class, there were people who did not wear their masks over their noses. The equipment and software is seriously out of date. You end up using your own personal cell phone data, do not get paid for all the hours you work, and do not get reimbursed for all the miles you end up driving. To make matters worse, you are working outside all day with little protection from the sun in temperatures over 100 degrees, dripping with sweat and probably smelling like it too. It's embarrassing to knock on doors like that! You have no idea if the people you are coming into contact with have COVID-19. But management does not care about that. There is ZERO safety training.
