Pros
I guess, being employed for a brief period of time.
Cons
As a new employee I made these observations: Confusion because of conflicting instructions. Employees must be self-trained. No clear chain of command (no idea who supervisor was) Unprofessional communications (group text messages after10pm and exposing private name/phone information with strangers) An environment of chaos every time I visited the office. Left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing.
