      -You will Work from Home 8 days out of the PP. - Lots of different training classes and professional education classes. -No work drama -Nice/cordial staff/mgrs

      Cons

      -You will most likely need to look elsewhere in order to advance your career as the Management staff is relatively young. -The Fin Sys is getting upgraded but it won't be live for a couple years.
