      Flexible work schedule, hrly rate is decent, Can work as many or as few cases as you'd like

      Cons

      No benefits unless meet requirements. Expected to visit home until you reach an eligible respondent and/or close the case (anywhere between one day visit, three evening visits after 6 p.m. and one weekend visit) Plan of action reports expected every five days if you don't reach certain percentage of closed cases
