you only need to do well on the test and then you will be considered for employment! they teach you everything you need to know to do your job and there were opportunities for advancement. I had no career path before working for census but by being in administration i discovered my interest in HR/Payroll. Today, 3 yrs later, I have been able to turn my census experience into a fulfulling and successful profession.
