Pros

The PAY! 17.00 an hour. And all you had to do was have a pulse. You could've been homeless and on crack. But if you passed that simple little skills test, you were blessed with a part-time job that paid 17.00 an hour. Tanks Unky Sammy!

Cons

The downside, you never got enough hours to make it worthwhile 17/hr is great, but if you're only working 8 hours per WEEK... So it's good for supplemental income, but not for someone who was out of a job for a long time, looking to get back on his or her feet. But that was just my situation. People go into this with their own objectives, so your mileage may vary.
