Pros

there were none at all

Cons

Laziness and incompetence were rewarded with promotions. The hardworking people were bullied for being competent and forced to run on a hamster wheel till they couldn't bear it anymore. The most loyal workers were the first ones to be let go at the end. Everyone agreed this was THE most toxic work environment they have EVER seen. People were harassed, screamed at, and cried in the inventory room. It was during the peak of the pandemic. The economy was in the gutter. No one wanted to lose another job, so people stayed out of desperation. The fish rots at the head. Trump didn't want non-English speaking communities to have political representation, and it showed.

Pros

Good place to work. Lots of paid training and flexible hours with better pay than similar jobs.

Cons

Can be monotonous. Limited opportunities for advancement since employment is temporary.
